1. Dispatch Times
In-Stock Items: dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order Items: require 2–3 weeks of production time before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order ships.
Orders placed on Greek national holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship worldwide using reputable international couriers (e.g. DHL Express, FedEx, ACS Courier, Hellenic Post). The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email with a tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)
• Greece: 1–3 business days
• EU Countries: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control (strikes, natural disasters, public holidays).
4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs inspection and local import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We do not falsify customs declarations.
If a package is refused or held by customs and returned to us, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from any refund.
5. Packaging
Every piece of jewellery is shipped in a branded gift box, with a certificate of authenticity where applicable, and secured within protective outer packaging. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Use it on the carrier’s website or contact us at brilliantathens1@gmail.com or +30 211 117 5298 for assistance.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking status. If the shipment appears lost, contact us at brilliantathens1@gmail.com or +30 211 117 5298 and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost shipments must be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a local depot, re-shipment costs will be charged. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses.
